I have tried to contact amazon team via email inbound-appeals regarding the case of providing proof of supply with ASIN that is not in our store, not in inventory ever. Please help me see if there is a mistake here

I would recommend that instead of reaching out to the team via email at inbound-appeals, you create a new case directly with Seller Support. To do this, please navigate to your Seller Central page and click on the "Help" link located in the top right corner.
Once you've created the new case, could you please share the case ID with us? That will allow us to follow up on the issue and provide any necessary assistance.
