Account verification in pending
Hello Amazon sellers.
Can someone help me verify the account. I submitted the account verification documents about a month ago but every time I spoke to Amazon's support team, I got the same response "We are working hard to complete your account verification." But a month passed. First time they told me it will take 10 days, then after ten days they told me to wait few days, then after few days they tell me it may take a month. To complete your account verification. And we are working hard. It's been a month now so I guess they'll tell me next time it might take a year.

No-one here can help get your account verified, we are all just fellow sellers. It does take time, and as you are Ltd there are more checks to do, and if you are not resident in UK it also takes longer. You just need to be patient, but it doesn't help when Amazon give unrealistic time scales.

i am also facing same issue my verification started at 26 October 2023 now it's been 3 months to go in pending I contacted team saying the same thing that your account under review and you have to wait patiencely.

the same problem,glad it not just me,you can keep selling,but you can't move any money into your bank,so staying on holidays for now,:-(,

I am also having the same experience. I cannot get anywhere with the support team. they just close the case and say they cannot assist further. My account has been under verification since the start of December 2023. I need to release funds and i seem to have just hit a brick wall. Can anyone help?
