Amazon holding my disbursements since Jan 2024 due to KYC Notice (Verifications Provided - Urgent Resolve Required)
LOOKING FOR URGENT RESPONSE FROM AMAZON TEAM FOR RELEASING MY PAYMENTS
Amazon has not released my reserved funds since Jan 2024. Several cases have been logged and discussed on calls with the Amazon team, and they have stated that the issue lies with PSP (Payoneer). According to Amazon policy, Payoneer needs to publish KYC (Know Your Customer) verification results on Amazon to resolve the issue.
Payoneer has recently provided me KYC verification through email and an account statement. I submitted it to Amazon in June 2024 but case 15402940111 was transferred and no one from Amazon replied and resolved it yet.
Yesterday, I opened a new case 15853739511 through chat and all the documents were submitted again after discussion with Amazon CSR.
Can someone from Amazon seriously look into this matter, check all the KYC verifications provided from Payoneer (included in participating PSP in Amazon list) and release my payments - hard earned money?
