Could you please tell me what kind of compliance document i should upload?
hello everyone, i am a laptop battery seller and i made a new list at Amzon but the Asin has been removed because of the complience document. Later i uploaded a UL2054 test report and one photo of the battery but did not work. still refused.And there is only a email from Amazon said we are unable to approve your product as it apperas that your product is inactive... Actually i do not know what should upload except the UL2054. Day after day i have tried for hundreds of times but still refued and the Amazon review process takes a long time. i am very upset please help me thank you very much
