You can simply delete the parent ASIN and recreate your variation with the correct children or delete the SKU for the child that you no longer wish to have under the variation, wait a few hours and then add the SKU to your inventory again. If you have any issues, please contact Seller Support and provide the case ID if you need help after they complete their investigation.
