Feature Offer Eligibility has not returned for used books and cds and I am meeting all the requirements.

I recently lost Feature Offer Eligibility due to an account defect (Negative Feed Back) over 75 days ago that caused my ODR to go above 1%. My ODR% has returned to 0% and all my other account metrics look ok.

My Feature Offer Eligibility has not returned for used books and cds and I am meeting all the requirements. Why am I not eligible for used books and cds featured offer but I am eligible with New items for the same category? The entire Category!!!! Additionally Used Books and CD's are the only categories I am having this problem. I have retained feature offer eligibility on used DVD's.

I reached out to support and asked for my case to be escalated to the correct team for review with no help.

That's the old Manage Inventory page!

Were you never "upgraded" to the new (and seriously flawed) layout?

As to your basic question, all I can tell you is that - in my experience - Buy Box Eligibility comes and goes for many of us for no apparent reason. Seller Support will not be of any help in the matter.

Your eligibility will probably return, on its own, but as to when - I doubt even Amazon knows.

You could try tagging a specific mod or two. In rare cases, we have seen success attained that way.

While Amazon doesn't 'reveal much about the BB algorithm, one thing that is pretty well understood is that it is not directly tied to the other performance algorithms, and in general, it will take longer for the BB to return from an issue than the time required for the problem to disappear from all visible metrics.

IOW, this is not unusual, and you'll just have to wait.

Would get a better response from a brick wall. Literally nobody from Amazon has helped me with this issue. Not even a response.
