Buyer refunded even though tracked and proven delivery information
we sent a parcel to a customer in the EU and the customer opened a A-z claim stating item not received we sent all the proofs of delivery and yet amazon refunded the buyer we are a small company make very minimum margins and something like this appears does not help us any more
we have appealed against the claim and yet they are saying that they will stick to the original outcome which is very unfair to us is there really a point of selling on amazon if you are not protected has any one had the same issue there is no direct point of contact apart from using the online chat we have now been told that the case has been sent a an internal team for further investigation and still waiting if we can have ours funds back
