Liabilty Insurance
Hello,
Amazon wants me to have liability insurance because my 30-day gross sales in my store exceed $10,000. But my store exceeded $10,000 in sales in February alone. In other months it is below $10,000. In this case, I don't think I need to take out liability insurance. What is your opinion, do I have to do this?

Yes, you need to have it.
It's not "you need it if you are over $10K", it's "You need it period, but we're not going to check to see if you have it until you hit 10K"

Hello! @Seller_lx0TzVc9Wm7Cr
Thank you for using the Forums. I just wanted to follow up here and acknowledge the information provided by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw and @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC is correct.
As per our Business agreement, if you exceed $10K in any given month, you will be required to obtain and maintain commercial liability insurance within 30 days after exceeding $10K in gross proceeds.
Not doing this may result in actions such as restricting you from selling in a particular category or even suspending your account until proof of insurance is provided.
