Im trying to get my head around how absurd some customs charges are.

We have been shipping to Belgium and all orders have been getting 18.50 euro charge labeled as customs formalities.

this is on top of the vat and for an item valued at £5 its madness

has anyone else had this ?

obviously we have suspended any exporting and just stopped sales on any other amazon countries as its ridiculous now.
