I've tried a couple of times to create a Prime Exclusive Deal on a couple of my products and I keep getting this suppression message: "Suppressed, Ineligible Disbursement Reserve Policy".

Is there a location where I can check and edit my disbursement reserve policy if it is not at 7+ for release? My disbursements are on a standard 14-day pay cycle and I am eligible for 24-hour disbursements if I wanted to set it up, but never have (no need, I'm fine with 14-days). Being on a 14-day cycle, I would think I'd be eligible and I do meet all other requirements.

I did submit a case to support and the response was basically "sorry, we can't help you, just review the eligibility requirements", so I'm hoping one of you could assist.
