Hi, I hope you can help with this problem so we can upload the Premium A+ content that we paid to have created for us. It's been over a month now since we met the requirements for Premium A+ and we're still not approved.
The agent I spoke with on the support desk seemed to indicate that we had fulfilled all the requirements.
