Amazon Seller Support Phone Support

We have been unsuccessful in requesting a Phone Support call for over a year now. Is any other sellers experiencing this and have a suggested method to receive a call?

I've tested multiple phone numbers, different browsers(both normal and incognito), web and app with no success. Cache and cookies were cleared prior to testing.
