Your account does not qualify
Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Amazon seller account that just started recently. A few days ago, I noticed that whenever I try to request approval for products (just to see how many units are needed to ungate), I immediately receive a warning stating that “my account does not qualify.” This now happens with every product I attempt to request approval for.
Previously, I was able to go through the approval request process to view the ungating requirements without any issue or warning. Now, this message appears every time—even for products I’ve looked into before.
My account health is in good standing, with no policy violations or performance issues. I contacted Amazon Seller Support, but they were unable to provide an explanation or resolution.
Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing it? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
