The account balance I paid to Amazon is lost

I have paid the account balance to Amazon Payments, Inc. as required, by T/T.
However, after a month, the payment amount still has not reached my seller account.
I email merchant balance team to find my payment, but the balance team does not seem to handle my issue.
What should I do?

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I can get some additional details here. Could you help clarify the issue you are facing? Are you saying you did not received a disbursement from Amazon when you should have? Or that a payment you made to Amazon has not been acknowledged?
In either case, have you opened a case with Seller Support on this yet? That would be the next best step here if you haven't already so that they can take a look into your account and see what took place. If you've already opened a case with Seller Support, would you mind sharing the case # below and I'd be happy to take a further look there and review any correspondence provided to this point?
