SIPP (Ships in product packaging) ruining our business

Amazon is automatically enrolling our products into SIPP.

Customers are complaining about how the products come all over the place and look like they're used (despite being factory sealed).

Now a lot of our listings are getting deactivated due to horrible customer experience.

We've had amazon check our inventory and they said everything was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, amazon teams do not communicate with each other so now we have over a dozen listings deactivated and cannot get them reactivated.

Actually, you have to pay to guarantee your item will be boxed. Generally, they are not required to box it...
