Brand registry keep getting rejected
Hello,
I'm reaching out for assistance with my brand registry application which keeps getting rejected. I am an owner of the brand which is verified by USPTO. Despite submitting all required documents, my application has been rejected multiple times. Upon submitting a new application it gives an automated response to which I try to get back to them but they reply with I have to apply for a new application. Can someone please look into case I.D.16978603741 and please guide me what am I missing here, it would be of great help.

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and thanks for including the case ID. After reviewing the most recent 4 applications, I am able to see where the application is failing.
You are providing a sample ASIN in your application that is not the same as the brand name you are applying for. That is why you are getting the rejection " The brand name on your product images doesn't match the trademark on your application."
This field on the application is optional so if you do not yet have an ASIN being sold that is of your brand, that is ok and you can submit an application without it. You can find this in detail on the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide page 5, section 3.2.
The application you submitted today is still being reviewed, but I did see that you linked that same Generic ASIN so I expect this application will be declined as well.
