ASIN passed the review, but the inventory has all become unsalable
My product was wrongly judged as not meeting the requirements of the DOE in early June and was taken off. However, all my products have certification information to DOE through the Compliance Certification Management System (CCMS).
Through unremitting efforts, my ASIN has returned. But all my inventory became unsalable while waiting for the appeal. Currently, ASIN has been restored, but the inventory is still unsalable. I consulted the seller support team (case id: 17980454801), but they say that they couldn't turn the unsalable inventory into salable ones and asked me to remove them. I don't understand why the products that have passed the review are still judged as unsalable. Is there anyone who can help me? Thank you.

I wanted to reach out to you as I took a look at CASE ID 17980454801 and see that the ASIN is restored as you mentioned. I see that 99 units are available for sale. Was that the inventory that you were mentioning showing as unsellable? Has this issue been resolved?
