Jeff Bezos' phone number_Listing a book without GTIN/ISBN
Hi everyone,
I am trying to list a book that does not have a GTIN.
I fill the blank form.
I tick "I don't have a product ID".
I apply for GTIN exemption. It gets approved. I click on "List Product".
I fill the blank form AGAIN.
I tick "I don't have a product ID" AGAIN.
The system asks me to apply for GTIN exemption AGAIN. The circle continues.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hello @Seller_PJqb4gGyv8cBm,
Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.
have you checked Add a product after you receive a GTIN exemption?

There are a lot of threads on this topic but unfortunately it seems that a lot of people have a different solution to it. In our case i found that the GTIN exemption and the "Generic" brand kept going around in circles until we actually added Manufacturer field as "Generic" also. So as far as i can figure out when you get a GTIN exemption it appears to be a requirement that BRAND and MANUFACTURER are filled in as "Generic".
