Amazon Lending Terms
We have used Amazon Lending mutiple times and it usually the same terms. The amount will be a multiplier of our average monthly revenue and the term will have a 6/9/12 month option and the apr around 9 which after amoritization usually means we pay somewhere between 3 and 5k over the course of a year to borrow 65 to 100k with no origination fee.
Its a fairly good deal so we almost never pass it up.
Yesterday we received our newest offer and for the first time we are not accepting. The amount is less than our monthly revenue, the term is 6 months only, the apr is 12 and change. If we took it our payment would be ~2k per month more, for 2/3 the amount and 1/2 the term...
I mean the math is fine, its the term thats causing the payment but we have years of loan business inside and outside of Amazon. I would think we would get the same or better offer...
