All accounts need to be re-verified periodically. I've been selling on here for 17 years and had to go through re-verification earlier this year.
You just need to provide what they have asked for - usually it is confirmation of your UTR or another document from HMRC, but the email will tell you what they need. Others have found that even though they ask for power of attorney, uploading an HMRC document is accepted.
Mine was completed in about 48 hrs.

Usually a letter from HMRC confirming your UTR, or the Notice to complete Self-Assessment, or even Self-Assessment statement. I believe there may be a power of attorney letter template somewhere on Amazon - try using the blue search box at the top of your homepage.

To proceed with your account verification, provide one of the following:

Lasting Power of Attorney is NOT the document that is needed - that is purely a UK legal document for allowing - usually a relative - to make decisions for you if you are mentally incapable of doing so - that is why they say it takes so long.
This is NOT what Amazon needs, you do not need to pay for any documents, and you need to stop that process immediately. That is why there is no place to input your business/company name - it has nothing to do with your Amazon business and you really do need to see if you can stop the process and get a refund of anything you have paid.
