Payoneer KYC issue not being solved

Hi, I’ve been trying to add my payoneer payment receieving account as my deposit method for amazon, but I got the error for the KYC/PSP thing. But I had already reached out to Payoneer assuring me my account is okay to use when I got the error,so assuming it’s an issue with the amazon, I had a live call with one of amazon specialists and they issued me a trouble ticket for amazon’s team to solve,and told me I’d get an email from them solving the issue. However the email was negative, the amazon team strongly advised me to reach out to my bank service provider, and I should solve the problem with them. So I did to Payoneer. First time I reached out, they issued me a new receiving account for me to try, which again didn’t work beacuse of the KYC, then I was told the issue is going to the specific department doing the KYC verification and I’d get an email from that department. Which I did, requesting an extra URL verification so I did the verification specifically as asked. Days passed but I hadn’t heard anything from Payoneer so I just reached out to them. The specialist told me there was an internal issue ongoing with amazon and Payoneer so there was nothing to do by my side.I asked them if there were any updates from the KYC department, as I was told the issue would be solved by them, however the specialist told me they were sure it was an internal issue and the department wouldn’t be able to solve it. So what do I do now? I checked the forum however I wasn’t able to find any advice other than “reach out to your bank service provider”. Please only useful advice. Thanks

I have seen a couple having this issue.

Unless Payoneer fixes it you'll have to switch to another Amazon approved Disbursement Source or a bank.
