Non Refundable Item - Safe-T Claim

Morning All,

We have been denied multiple Safe T-Claims for 'Non Refundable Items' This seems to be somewhat new as we have not had any issues with years with Safe-T Claims until now.

We had 8 denied, all for the same reasons, but 8 different products/SKU's. They are all pet food, so no reason why they are 'non refundable' when they could all be returned etc. They are just refunded by amazon because the customer wanted it refunding and then now we don't get re imbursed, but no actual valid reason.

Anybody else have anymore information at all?

surely pet food would be non returnable?

Is this FBA? Amazons FBA customer returns reimbursement policy does state that Amazon won’t reimburse for refunded items that cannot be returned as per the Amazon returns policy.
