Urgent - UK verification Pending Despite We have applied Amazon's Own PSP account

Dear Amazon Support,

Your request for a certified bank letter contradicts Amazon’s own Payment Service Provider Programme (PSPP) policy. PingPong is an Amazon-approved PSP, and rejecting its documentation goes against Amazon’s verification standards.

We have already submitted PingPong’s official welcome letter & bank statement, which meet Amazon’s requirements.

Our transaction flow is transparent (Amazon → PingPong), and we can provide additional proof if needed.

Citi Bank is just a virtual account under PingPong, making a separate bank letter irrelevant.

This unnecessary request disrupts our operations. Kindly align with Amazon’s PSPP policy and confirm the next steps without further delays.
