Last week I started a discussion here, that I cannot find now, asking the community how an obvious scam works. I just couldn't figure out how the scammer was going to make any money.. After a couple of days I got more information and understood what happened. "Edward" complained he hadn't received his package. The recipient did receive, and I even spoke with her. Discovered she had purchased my product from a Chinese seller on Walmart.com. That [Moderator Edit: Removed inappropriate commentary] then went to Amazon and used his prime account to purchase from me and ship to her. I know this because she received the item in Prime packaging. He just filed an A to Z and Amazon gave him his money back. I didn't have to pay but it's just the idea.
Corey Trading on Walmart is a company in China. They use the name Edward Bessie for one of their Amazon accounts. There is no way for me to let Amazon know what this guy is doing and it makes me so angry. He just made a fortune. First he overcharges for my product on Walmart, then he got all of the money back on Amazon too. I know ... I should be selling over there too and I will. As soon as I get some other things done ...
I just wanted to share this result. If anyone knows how I can make a complaint and explain what a [Moderator Edit: Removed inappropriate commentary], let me know, but I suppose since everything is controlled by computers and robots now it wouldn't make any sense to waste the time.
