Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am writing to request the removal of a buyer feedback left on our account. The feedback violates Amazon’s feedback guidelines, and I believe it qualifies for removal.

Feedback: All of the items were loose inside the box, there was no foam or anything. Just a bunch of loose steel pieces. the frame was extremely scratched and one of the parts was completely bent with pealing paint.
Reason for Removal Request: The feedback is entirely a product comment. As per Amazon’s feedback guidelines, such feedback regarding product comment are eligible for removal.
We kindly request that this feedback be reviewed and removed accordingly.

I wanted to make sure you had this help page handy which details situations where Amazon may be able to remove seller feedback comments. In short, these include when the comment contains profanity, personal information, or is entirely focused on the product, with no reflection on the services provided by the seller. Amazon may also strike through the feedback in the following cases:
"The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). In addition to the strike-through, the following statement will appear: "This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience."
The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service: The entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services. In addition to the strike-through, this statement will appear: "The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller."
In this case, it appears this comment is focused on inadequate packaging resulting in damage to the product, not a review of the product itself. Since this item was fulfilled by the seller, commentary on the packaging resulting in damage would be appropriate to share via a seller feedback comment, since the packaging was completed by the seller.
In such cases, you can look to resolve the feedback issue with the customer, or post a public reply.
