What's going on in FC warehouses?

My products have been in the FC transfer process for 1 month. STATUS is being processed as closed. My products are still not active and the seller support team gives sarcastic answers and closes the conversation instead of supporting me to cover up the incident. The shipping status is marked as closed. My products have not been active for 1 month. What's wrong with the people in the warehouse? What is Amazon doing? All I want to ask is this

How would Amazon employees feel if they didn't get their salaries for 1 month?
