Amazon has not resolve case since May 2024
The overseas Amazon support team cannot view the case and say it with the back office.
Amazon Support do not reply email on the cases

UPS Have delivered to Amazon warehouse and say have proof and Amazon tell me to claim off UPS
UPS tell me that Amazon are the account holder, so I cannot claim
Two Mult national company passing the buck
