Listing requires approval - I am the Brand Owner

Hello team,

There must have been a mistake. I am the brand owner of this product & Amazon is telling me that they are not taking applications to sell it. It is a brand new listing with 1 sale today when it became Active. Suddenly it got deactivated & now I cannot even apply to sell it. Not sure what went south. Case ID 17508659721
