Bank Account Verification Failed multiple times
Has anyone else run into this problem? My bank account verification has been failing for the past two months, leading to my account being deactivated. Despite opening multiple cases, each time the verification is escalated to strategic support, I'm told everything matches and there shouldn't be an issue. Yet, 12 hours later, I get an automatic message saying the verification failed. I then have to start over with a new representative. It's frustrating because every rep confirms my details are correct, but the verification keeps failing without any explanation. Any advice on how to resolve this?

Hello there @Seller_wMenrjYYQxPlv
My name is CR and wanted to pop in here to see if I could possible get you some further information to what is going on.
It looks like the verification needed is for your bank account information for the INFORM Consumers Act.
In taking a look at your account, it appears you need to assign the deposit method (bank account) to the locations. If you click through the teal text, "Bank Account (in progress)" from your home page of Seller Central, it should bring you to your deposit page where you can then click "assign" on the right hand side.
Have you tried this yet?
I'll hang tight here for your reply.

If it is a Credit Union and what CR said doesn't work, add a different bank
