Amazon Lost 46 Units, Denied Reimbursement Despite Proof – Need Help!
I’m facing a serious issue with my recent FBA shipment (Case ID: 17895072671). I sent 100 units of a single product to Amazon, but only 54 units were added to my inventory. The remaining 46 units were marked as a “different, unexpected item” — a product I have never sold or shipped. I opened a case and provided clear photographic evidence along with a paid supplier invoice showing the correct product and quantity shipped. Despite this, Amazon continues to deny reimbursement. This situation is not only frustrating but also financially damaging for a small seller like me. I’ve done everything right, yet I’m bearing the loss due to Amazon’s handling error. It feels like small sellers have no protection or proper recourse. Has anyone else faced something similar and managed to get it resolved?
