prime exclusive discount creation was surppressed
I am trying to place the Prime Exclusive Discounts for my product, but alway was surppressed. The reason the system shows is that the price after the discount is not 20% of the original price of $22. My product is new and has always been priced at $25. I don't know why the system shows $22. I ask for help from seller support and followed their suggestions to turn off the automatic pricing system, but still cannot solve the problem. So far I still can't create a prime-exclusive discount for the upcoming Prime Day.
