Hope you are all doing well. Can any of you please help me with this urgent issue? We are facing a very serious problem of BuyBox suppression on our listings. I have checked the eligibility for BuyBox for each suppressed ASIN using this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/200418100#. I found that my listings are not eligible for BuyBox and saw the following criteria to become eligible for BuyBox:

• Listings that are Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) are automatically eligible to become the Featured Offer
• Only Professional selling accounts are eligible for the Featured Offer
• Perform better in your Performance Metrics, to increase your chances to be the Featured Offer eligible
• Listings must have a sufficient order volume to be Featured Offer eligible

Now, apart from the above 4, I know there are other factors like fair price, good price health, good feedback, good ratings, etc. However, as far as the 1st criterion out of 4 is concerned, I may not be able to provide an FBA offer because our listings are customized products that can only created on customer's demand and can't be pre-made. So, it is impossible to create FBA offers for these listings. As far as the other 3 criteria are concerned, we fulfill them successfully! So, please help us how to get featured offers eligible for customized products!
