We have excellent account health for the past 12 years, still we are not eligible for buy box on all ASINS?

Kindly know that all our ASINs are showing as

not eligible for buy box for the past few weeks.

While we understand that it is not given that we will get the buy box, atleast we should please be eligible to compete for it. We enjoy the highest account health consistently for the last 12 years.

Please check whether it is a technical/bot glitch? Thanks to check it.

Our seller support case id is 16035087041, Even the auto response to our seller support query suggests requesting the back end tech team to kindly investigate it.

It says; "In summary, good account health alone doesn't guarantee Buy Box eligibility. But given your long-standing account, I would recommend having Amazon Seller Support review your technical settings and restrictions to troubleshoot further. Let me know if you have any other questions!"
