Compliance Review Taking More than a month!!
I need to reach out to the Compliance team to follow-up on a request which I have submitted on 5/15/2024. They told me it'd only take 3-5 days for Compliance team to review but it's been over 30 days+. I need a path forward and cannot continue waiting.

Seller support is asking me to call Account Health Specialist because they do not deal with compliance requests. Account Health Specialist is asking me to call Seller support because they also do not work on compliance requests.
Please help me escalate this issue to the right people who can get this going. Appreciate it.

Today is June 1st so it is (at worst) SIXTEEN DAYS from 5/15.
About that 3-5 days part---------------
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.
Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long for waiting' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.
They are well known for making a snail look fast.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension” IF the account hasn't already been suspended.
If it has, find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
AND, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying.
