After contacting an attorney on Amazon's backend to apply for a trademark, the filing was rejected. Amazon brand team replied “This decision was made because we were unable to verify the registered company name and company identification number (e.g., tax ID or company number) that you provided when submitting the Brand Registry registration form”.

1. The attorney was contacted by Amazon's back office, so there shouldn't be any problem; 2. I searched and checked the trademark information on the US Trademark Office website, and there was no error in the company name or address; 3. I contacted the seller support team, and they replied that they don't have the authority of the branding team or the brand audit team, so they couldn't confirm where the problem was; I applied for the trademark in the name of the company, and I'm the owner of the brand!

Currently the brand application has been submitted twice, and the appeal has been rejected twice. In the brand application there to reply to the email added the company business license as well as ID card did not get an email reply. Attach ID:15643057851/15676689821
