HELP With deactivated amazon seller central account please!

Hello,

I am trying to close my deactivated seller account but every time I try to open a case using the help function under sign-in page it automatically closes the case because my account is deactivated. I can't open any cases either on the dashboard because I see no option. My account seems to be stuck in limbo.

Thank you for posting your concerns regarding your attempts to close your deactivated account.

I am trying to close my deactivated seller account but every time I try to open a case using the help function under sign-in page it automatically closes the case because my account is deactivated.
I cannot re-activate it because it gives me no options probably because its de-activated. I can't even talk to a rep via emails cause I have no options available to me on my dashboard. All the cases opened via non-sign in email close automatically

I appreciate you providing your experience with this issue. These concerns do exceed my ability to provide more guidance in this space, I have passed your information to the appropriate teams to continue researching this on your behalf.

I would suggest continuing to monitor your performance notifications for additional communication.

you have to re-activate your account first before you can close it.

I wanted to also touch on the account closure concern. As mentioned by @eCommGlobe, they are correct, unfortunately you will need to ensure the account is active prior to being able to successfully close the store. The above-mentioned review may be able to shed some additional light on your situation so keep an eye our for any updates.
