I am trying to close my deactivated seller account but every time I try to open a case using the help function under sign-in page it automatically closes the case because my account is deactivated. I can't open any cases either on the dashboard because I see no option. My account seems to be stuck in limbo.

I cannot re-activate it because it gives me no options probably because its de-activated. I can't even talk to a rep via emails cause I have no options available to me on my dashboard. All the cases opened via non-sign in email close automatically

I wanted to also touch on the account closure concern. As mentioned by @eCommGlobe, they are correct, unfortunately you will need to ensure the account is active prior to being able to successfully close the store.
