Account Still Blocked Despite VAT Verification

Hello,

I am reaching out to the community for assistance as we are currently facing an issue with our Amazon seller account. Our account has been blocked, but after providing updated information, Amazon support verified our VAT numbers and confirmed that everything is in order. We settle on the basis of VAT OSS PL, we also presented the returns of the settlements for 2024 to the relevant VAT departments via e-mail.

Despite this, 3 days have passed, and our account remains blocked with no updates or progress on the situation.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or can anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this?

I checked with the partner team, and they informed me that an AHS investigator has already been in contact with you about an hour ago.

They have opened an internal investigation into your case with the appropriate team. I kindly request that you allow this investigation to be completed before further action is taken.

Would you like to help me with this issue? I see that @Sarah_Amzn is not very willing to help. We are in a very tough situation in terms of blocked funds and sales.

Still our account is blocked, it's been 23 days....

Unfortunately, the information from Amazon Support is not specific or does not correspond to reality. We are combining because in the systems officially everything is ok, even the official tax office gives us in writing that we are compliant and that we are in the settlement program with OSS. Amazon gets this information directly to the relevant emails we are directed to. In the system, everything to the letter is in order. Whether it's uppercase or lowercase. Even if there is an error with any letter, I believe that Amazon according to the law of selling marketplace in the EU is responsible to provide such information.

It is also a pity that I have not heard from any employee working at Amazon about my question on forum for 2 weeks. 0 help, I am left on my own without any concret information....
