Locations of email addresses in Seller Central
Hello Everyone,
We have recently changed our email address due to branding and realised that email addresses are not in a place on Amazon. As they think about each entity as a different product, these email addresses are not located in a single place.
Before changing the email address and especially the domain, it is really important to check all these places as you may not have access to this domain or email address after the change... you may decide to let go of that domain for example...
(We keep receiving emails on the old emails still, which means it is still not changed somewhere..)
We recently had a similar issue and it is partly sorted. Can everyone state the place where they have seen email address that needs to be changed before making this important change. I will state the obvious ones below;
1.Main email (login settings)
2. Notification Preferences > Notification Options
3. Notification Preferences > Contacts
4. User permissions (the old email could get stuck here in users)
5. Campaign Manager (same as no4)

Personnally I would never change the email address of the Primary User. this would frighten me and it's very possible that you cannot change that address OR if you are able to change, that you will no longer have access to your seller account. But these are just assumptions....
