Account can't be reactivated infinite loop of Internal Error
The account can't be reactivated for half a month since 2/14 and it is suspected that the system problem caused an infinite loop of [Internal Error]. My account is healthy. Have been tried different computers and browsers, switched from Windows 10,11 PC to Apple MacOS. There are same error page!!
The goods have arrived at the Amazon warehouse in the United States via FBA, but the account cannot be activated and sales cannot be carried out...cash flow is stuck.
Few days ago, i filed Case ID: 17248210711 and 17267905361, but neither of them could resolve the issue.
Need relevant engineering staff or Specialist Team to intervene, please!

I am having the same issue, I have reached out to the support for a 2 weeks now but no help. they say it seems like you can't verify your account that means you can't sell. I personally do not know what to do. if you have any update please let me know as well. I am thinking about closing this account all together and start over.

I also had a similar issue, starting with a 10-day request to complete the Consumer Notification Act but not being able to file it until the account was deactivated, and then completing all the verification but not being able to activate the account

My problem has been ruled out, it's clearly a system defect.
From February 14 to March 7, 5 cases were opened in about 20 days. I also contacted the local Amazon seller business manager to make an internal urgent response and explain that this was not an isolated case.
Otherwise, online customer service will always pass the problem to the next team. Seller Support Team -> Specialist Team -> Internal Team...etc.
When it returns to normal, the [Account info] page will display "Reactivate Account", and you can upload your company certification documents and personal ID again on the next page. After 30 minutes system verify process...all done. (finally
