Need Help: ASIN B0CCL83D2R Blocked After Transparency Conflict – Documentation Already Submitted
Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to see if anyone can offer advice or has faced a similar situation regarding a product authenticity complaint tied to ASIN **B0CCL83D2R**.
Here’s the situation:
When I first discovered the listing, it was being sold FBM. I decided to source and list the product as FBA under the same ASIN. At the time, Amazon didn’t require Transparency codes for this ASIN, so I created a shipping plan and had my inventory shipped.
However, during the 3-week shipping process, it seems the original listing owner enrolled the ASIN in the Transparency program and started selling FBA as well. When my inventory arrived at Amazon’s warehouse, it was flagged for not being Transparency-compliant.
I’ve already submitted all required documentation, including:
- Invoice with buyer/supplier info
- ASIN clearly written on the invoice
- Product photos with packaging/barcode
- Screenshot showing 0 sales in the past 365 days
- Supplier’s verified Alibaba page
I explained the situation via case support and asked if the inventory could be reassigned to a **new ASIN I create**, but I’ve only received the same boilerplate response repeating documentation requirements.
We take product authenticity very seriously and have never violated Amazon’s policies.
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? What more can I do to have this properly reviewed by an Amazon rep?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated 🙏
Best,
Tunay Kovan

It's a brand owner. They've decided to lock down the supply chain for their product.
You mean, the brand owner is selling the product on Alibaba? Or someone else?
Regardless, there's no way the inventory will be checked in without the Transparency stickers. The only way you will get them is from the brand owner who enrolled the ASIN.

Greetings @Seller_zIZHP0ZfbA83U,
I'm sorry you are having issues with Transparency codes however Amazon won't be able to assist you in listing this product without the transparency codes if the product requires them. It is recommended that you reach out to the distributor and/or the brand to get the codes from your shipment. If this product isn't an exact match to this Brand you may need to create a removal order and have the units if possible to have them returned to you and then resubmit them under the correct ASIN that ties to the appropriate Brand. Thank you for your understanding.
