Can't Create A Case - Error Message - Wrong Language Prevents Me From Submitting A Case
Trying to create a case, but every time I try to I get to the end and click contact an associate and when i do i get an error message saying that support for this topic is not available in this language and there's a drop box asking me to choose a language. It gives 3 options & I have no idea what they are they are just symbols I can't read. See below:

Is the case manager currently broken and experiencing issues? @KJ_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon You guys have any idea why this would be happening for U.S. stores obviously in English, but those choices are coming up
