Intercepted FBA package were sent out to Lexington KY warehouse instead of my home address

Hello

I am seeking some assistance from my high value shipment to amazon.

I realized some label error on my items after shipping out an FBA Shipment and contacted Amazon to have the shipment returned to us for correction.

I received a response from Amazon instructing us to contact UPS in order to do this. I filed a Return to Sender request to UPS for the associated tracking numbers. However, instead of the package coming back to my home address, it was redirected to an Amazon facility in Lexington, KY.

I need help to to get these packages back to my home address.

Any suggestion and help.

How long does it take to get those packages? so that I can re-send them for FBA.

If you still have not received this return, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your shipment and assist you more directly.
