My Brand name on one of my product has changed. How is this possible?
My company, MycoHaus is a registered brand. We manufactures our own products in our own warehouse and is the only company who sells them. We do not wholesale, allow drop shipping etc... Today I noticed on one of our listings that the brand name had changed from MycoHaus to VORAGA. I am the only person who has access to the seller central account. Under the title of the listing instead of saying, "Visit the MycoHaus store". it says "Visit the VORAGA store". Why would this have happened? and how is it possible for someone other than than brand owner to change the brand name? When I go in to edit the listing, it will not allow me to change it back. I searched this other brand name and found that they have hundreds of products listed of all sorts of things/categories and my listing that was hijacked comes up in the search. I would appreciate it if someone from Amazon could reach out and please explain this. I need to change my product back to the correct brand and I would like to know how to prevent something like this from happening in the future. Any advise would be helpful. Thank you.

You need to reach out to Brand Registry and create a case.

After visiting the “Brand Registry Support” page, I am a little confused and am not sure what type of violation this particular issue falls under. There are selections for "report an intellectual property (IP) violation”. When I do this there are options to report images on the listing and other sellers. Neither of which address the brand name which has been hijacked. I could also "report a marketplace policy violation" or even "update your brand profile". None of the dropdown selection on these categories seem to fit or allow me to address the actual issue, thus is why I was asking someone from Amazon to please reach out for assistance. Thank you.

"My Brand name on one of my product has changed. How is this possible?"
I ask myself the same thing. That is really very infuriating.
Some basic questions:
1. Is MycoHaus your brand and alive in the USPTO?
2. Did you create your listings?
3. Did you take a UPC from GS1 while creating your listing?

Something very shady is going on here. I searched for VORAGA.
The first product: sold and shipped by Amazon! The pictures shows the brand "Michele's Granola".
The second product: countless sellers. The picture shows the brand "Tap Magic".
The third product: 2-3 sellers. The picture doesn't show any brand, it is a mug.
The fourth product: 1 seller. The picture shows the brand "AEROFARMS".
And so on and so on. There are certainly countless products listed under VORAGA.
Can a mod explain us what TH is going on here? How is Amazon ITSELF selling that brand? How could other sellers obviously change the original brand name?
Questions over questions. Maybe @Glenn_Amazon can give us some explanation? Maybe @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp has seen this and knows what happened with this branded listings?

Hello @Seller_UkMlrwcMPxwF5,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist where I am able. Can you provide a case ID that lists the ASIN or ASINs?
I will start my research there and create/escalate an internal case accordingly.
My intent is to first fix the immediate issue. Once that is on the path toward resolution I can begin a deeper dive in to the macro questions proposed here.
For reference, @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 is referring to opening a case with Brand Registry support, which can be done logging into the Brand Registry site and clicking "Help," in the top right corner. What you described is the Report a Violation dashboard.
I look forward to helping wherever I can.
Best, Dougal
