Prime Days with Missing FBA Prime Badge
Hello seller,
This is my first time participating in the Prime Day discount event. I was aware of the flat $100 participation fee, but after factoring in that fee along with advertising costs and FBA fees, I’m realizing I’m running at a loss.
To make things worse, my Prime badge has suddenly disappeared, and the estimated delivery dates have been pushed back significantly — for example, an order placed today is showing delivery a week from now.
Since early yesterday morning, I haven’t received any orders. I’ve already contacted Seller Support, but as time passes and Prime Day winds down, I’m feeling more and more frustrated.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Welcome to Amazon, where MANY businesses run at a loss and by the time they realize it, are likely suspended and have their remaining funds confiscated....
So anyway, I would recommend you spend a few hours in the forum, at least an hour a week to stay up to date with what is happening.
If you sell something that competes with a product Amazon is selling, you will see your Buy Box randomly disappear or have other "violations" that need to be addressed, especially during prime shopping days such as Christmas and Prime days. These issues are usually fixed right after those days. My Buy Box went from 95+% to 0, beginning of December and went back up in January.....

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look into this for you. I can only see 1 discount campaign that you are running that has 3 ASINs. Is this the one you are referencing in your post? If so, I looked at all 3 ASINs and it as of now, they all have the Red Prime Day Deal badge.
If you are having issues with something else that I did not find. Please let me know and provide a deal ID or the name of the campaign so I can take a look.
