We are experiencing an issue with the bullet points for ASIN: B00X5LHFH2, which are not displaying correctly on the listing detail page. Despite contacting Amazon through multiple cases, we consistently receive the same response from their internal team, stating that the bullet points exceed the character limit. However, we have verified that each bullet point is within the specified character limit. Several Amazon support representatives have confirmed this, yet when the case is escalated to the internal team, they claim the bullet points exceed the 250-character limit. Is there a way to contact the internal team directly via phone, or do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Well, the bullets on the product detail page you shared do have more than 250 characters. Maybe try to update them with fewer than 250 characters? If if you're brand registered, you may need to ask the Brand Registry team to help you out.
