Help with my case

Hello, I have been waiting for a response from internal support for 30 days and so far I have not received a reply, and every time I open a new case to find out about an update in my case I simply receive an automatic message, that does not respond to what I really want to know. Review this case for me, it’s embarrassing to wait 30 days and not receive an update. My case ID

Stop creating new cases, every time you do, it puts you further down the line. Amazon works at its own pace. Tag a MOD or two and maybe they can help you.

I understand you are concerned and frustrated. Thank you for including the Case ID. With this information, and the help from an internal team, I have better ability to research your specific situation.

I have a question for you, did you follow the guidance in the Performance Notification from September 17, 2024, titled: Your Amazon account? In part this stated: "If you wish to continue selling on Amazon, you shall complete the identity verification. To reactivate your account, please proceed to schedule an appointment." I do see you were concerned about the language as you speak Brazilian Portuguese.

Did you receive an email from 9/19/24? It would have given you the ability to create 3 different times for the video verification. I believe if you go and find the original message and Open the appointment reservation form, you will be guided to request 3 times slots on different dates. PLEASE follow the steps in the email sent on September 19th.

Within 2 business days, you should receive an appointment confirmation email with additional details about your upcoming video call.

If the times you selected are not available, the video call will be scheduled for the closest available time. This would be the last opportunity you would have to complete the interview process. So, you MUST be ready to attend the scheduled appointment at the time set up. PLEASE look at your emails every day to see if an interview has been scheduled and do NOT miss the time.

Please review this before your call: Prepare for your identity verification video call - The documents you provide must match the information you used to create your Seller Central account.

You should also review Seller University. It is the best thing Sellers can do to understand pretty much everything to be successful.
