That's the funniest reply I've ever read
I admit that sometimes you don't want to process some feedback for us, but you shouldn't be ridiculous. The parcel was dropped off at the buyer's house on the 11th of January via the letter box on the buyer's door. The last mile EVRI took a picture. The buyer never said she didn't receive the product.
The buyer left feedback ‘The delivery dates quoted on the listing were not kept to by quite some time, I Bought the item because the listing stated delivery by a specific date.’
I set the delivery dates from 13th Jan to 21st Jan. I will admit that the driver delivered two days earlier than the estimated delivery time. But that's in line with the rules, right?
This is just a 3 star feedback, so we just want to try and see if we can remove it.
You can convince me with a normal reason. The buyer didn't request a refund and didn't return the product because it was delivered. It was just 2 days early, so it's a 3 star feedback.
Then you countered us with the reason that the parcel was not delivered and then rudely closed the case.
Are you the buyer?
