Appeals Auto Rejection Issue
Hi everyone,
I'm having some issues with my seller account appeal. Our appeal submissions are being automatically rejected without a proper review, and we are at a loss here.
To provide some background, in July 2024, we mistakenly submitted a utility bill that wasn’t in primary contact name, but in his wife’s (along with her former husband’s name). we didn’t catch this mistake until recently, when we conducted a thorough review of account. However, only the very first submission was incorrect due to human error after that, on multiple occasions, we submitted the correct utility bills along with various additional documents.
Since then, w’ve been trying to correct this by submitting the correct documentation multiple times, but we’ve not received any feedback on what is going wrong. It feels frustrating when we know we’ve provided everything necessary to clear this up.
We really hoping someone from the Amazon team can take a closer look at our case. We recently opened a case (case id: 17879328581) with support and requested that they review our appeal, but our appeals are still being auto-rejected.

If all you are doing is submitting the SAME information over and over the BOTS are well trained in this area (and ONLY this area).
Unless there is NEW information, it is an automatic (1 nanosecond or less) REJECTION!
You have to provide NEW information to get around the BOTS.
