Hi sellers,
I created a new handmade & customized listing, but the Featured Offer (Add to Cart) button is not active, so I can’t start selling or run PPC. My store has been active for 3 years, mainly selling FBA, but this product is FBM, and I have no FBM shipping history. The product is competitively priced, and the listing is fully optimized. Could my lack of FBM history be causing this? How can I activate the Add to Cart button? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated—

Can't be sure (as Amazon never reveals the secrets of the BB), but I think that this is likely your problem. Amazon wants to know that you will deliver as promised before telling a customer "We recommend this seller".
You'll probably need at least one order, and hopefully a feedback. But DO NOT have a friend for relative order from you; that will be seen as manipulation, and get you suspended. And Amazon knows your friends far better than you might think.
