The ASIN was incorrectly categorised as ‘Restricted’ by the Amazon system
One of my ASINs was incorrectly categorised as Restricted by the Amazon system, and then the ASIN status was changed to Unsellable on the Seller Management page. I submitted a request to restore the ASIN to sellable status, but the professional team that handles restricted products replied to my email ‘The ASIN is not restricted, it is in sellable status’. But in fact, my ASIN is in unsellable status.
I've opened about 10 cases to try to resolve this issue, and the Pro Team replies to each case with the same sentence ‘This ASIN is not restricted and is in Sellable status’. Even when I tell the Pro Team with a screenshot of the page that my ASIN is unsellable. They still reply me with ‘This ASIN is unrestricted and is available for sale’.
I don't know what's going on here. How can I get my ASIN back?

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with this product. It may be that you are currently not approved to list the product but the ASIN is currently not restricted by Amazon. Can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID so I can review further? Thank you for your understanding.
